Terms of Service.

By accessing or using the Rush application (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Rush is a non-custodial settlement layer for prediction markets. The Service provides a unified interface for discovering markets across third-party venues (currently Polymarket, Kalshi, Limitless, Hyperliquid, and Opinion), and composes Solana transactions that route a user's capital into the venue's settlement asset. Rush does not match orders, custody balances, or operate any underlying prediction market.

The Service never takes custody of your private keys. All signing happens locally in your wallet. Settled positions are held in Rush's public routing wallet only for the duration required to deliver the order to the target venue. The address of the routing wallet is published and all flows are visible on chain.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service and of any third-party venue accessed through it is lawful in your jurisdiction. Some venues (including Kalshi) restrict access by region or require identity verification. Rush does not review, approve, or override those venues' access controls.

You represent that you are of legal age to enter into binding contracts in your jurisdiction and that you are not on any sanctions list maintained by a government authority that prohibits access to financial services.

The Service is a routing and aggregation interface. Orders are ultimately matched, cleared, and resolved by the underlying venue. Each venue operates under its own terms of service, resolution rules, fees, and dispute mechanisms. By placing a trade through Rush you accept the terms of the destination venue.

Rush is not responsible for venue downtime, mispricing, disputed resolutions, or any other action taken by a third-party venue or its operators.

Prediction markets carry significant risk of total loss. Outcome shares can settle worthless. Liquidity may be limited, and exits before resolution depend on counterparties being available at acceptable prices. Prices are volatile and can move sharply during real-world events.

Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible. Network fees, slippage, failed bridge legs, or front-running can result in losses unrelated to the underlying market outcome. You assume all risk associated with using the Service.

Nothing on Rush constitutes financial, legal, or tax advice.

Rush may charge a routing fee for composing a settlement transaction. The fee is displayed in the confirmation surface before you sign. Venue-level fees from Polymarket, Kalshi, and other venues pass through unchanged. Rush does not take a spread on quoted prices.

The Service authenticates users by Solana wallet signature only. There is no account, no email, and no password. Loss of access to your wallet means loss of access to any positions associated with it. Rush cannot recover wallets or reverse transactions.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Rush does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from security incidents.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rush and its contributors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

You agree to indemnify and hold Rush harmless from any claim, loss, liability, or expense arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party right (including any venue's terms of service).

These Terms may be revised from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
